Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer box with all included accessories, manuals, and warranty cards, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the equipment to verify its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
